Ingredients:

Ground beef 1 pound
Onion (chopped) 1
Chili beans (with liquid) 1 (16 ounce) can
Kidney beans (with liquid) 1 (15 ounce) can
Whole kernel corn (with liquid) 1 (15 ounce) can
Tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce) can
Water 2 cups
Diced tomatoes (peeled and diced) 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
Diced green chile peppers 1 (4 ounce) can
Taco seasoning mix 1 (1.25 ounce) package

Instructions:

  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. Brown ground beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine ingredients in slow cooker: Add ground beef, onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers, and taco seasoning mix to a slow cooker.
  4. Mix and cook: Mix to blend and cook on Low setting for 8 hours.
