Instructions:
- Peel, core, and slice the apples. Place them in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour this mixture over the apples and toss to coat.
- Transfer the apple mixture to the slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
