Instructions:
- Prepare Rice-a-Roni: Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions.
- Brown Beef and Veggies: In a skillet, brown ground beef, chopped onions, and bell peppers.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked Rice-a-Roni, shredded cheese, Rotel tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cumin to the beef and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine.
