This creamy cauliflower casserole is a delicious and comforting side dish. The tender cauliflower is mixed with a rich and cheesy sauce, then topped with bacon and cheese for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cauliflower 1 head, chopped
Cream cheese (softened) 1/2 bar
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Bacon bits 1/2 cup
Casserole dish 1 (9×13 inch)

Instructions:

  1. Cook cauliflower: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender. Drain the water and return the cauliflower to the pot.
  2. Mash cauliflower: Use a whisk to mash the cauliflower until it is finely chopped.
  3. Add sauce ingredients: Stir in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add bacon bits: Fold in 1/2 cup of bacon bits.
  5. Pour into casserole: Pour the cauliflower mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  6. Top with toppings: Sprinkle the remaining bacon bits and some shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake: Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
