Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pan: Grease and flour a 15×10 inch jelly-roll pan.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Make the wet ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup butter, and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into the dry ingredients.
