Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into small squares or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of your chosen filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Bring the edges of the pastry together to form a triangle or rectangle. Press firmly to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with beaten egg.
- Place the filled pastries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let the pastries cool slightly before serving.
