Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the crust: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to butter mixture. Set aside 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumbs into prepared baking dish.
  3. Make the filling: In a bowl, beat eggs until thick. Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
