Salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
Sour cream | 1 cup |
Brown sugar | 1/4 cup |
Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in sour cream.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
