This no-bake icebox cake is a delightful combination of salty, sweet, and creamy flavors. The Ritz crackers provide a crunchy base, while the salted caramel and cream cheese filling create a rich and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients:

| Cream cheese | 2 (8-oz) packages, softened | 
| Heavy cream | 1 cup | 
| Granulated sugar | 1 cup | 
| Vanilla extract | 1 teaspoon | 
| Salted caramel sauce | 1 cup | 
| Ritz crackers | 1.5 sleeves (about 48 crackers) | 
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
 - Place 1/3 of the Ritz crackers in the bottom of a greased 8×8 baking dish.
 - Top with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture, then drizzle with 1/3 of the caramel sauce.
 - Repeat layers two more times, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
 - Garnish with additional caramel sauce, whipped cream, or crushed Ritz crackers (optional).
 - Slice and serve chilled.
