This no-bake icebox cake is a delightful combination of salty, sweet, and creamy flavors. The Ritz crackers provide a crunchy base, while the salted caramel and cream cheese filling create a rich and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese 2 (8-oz) packages, softened
Heavy cream 1 cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Salted caramel sauce 1 cup
Ritz crackers 1.5 sleeves (about 48 crackers)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  2. Place 1/3 of the Ritz crackers in the bottom of a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  3. Top with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture, then drizzle with 1/3 of the caramel sauce.
  4. Repeat layers two more times, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  6. Garnish with additional caramel sauce, whipped cream, or crushed Ritz crackers (optional).
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
