Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Combine the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle over the tortellini mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with extra parsley and serving.
