Granulated sugar 1 cup
Light brown sugar 1/2 cup (packed)
Eggs 4
Vegetable oil 3/4 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Apples (Granny Smith), peeled, cored, and sliced 2 lbs
Walnuts (optional), chopped 1 cup
Coarse sugar 1/3 cup
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Instructions:
