Sauce:

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil salted water in a large saucepan.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Prepare the Lemon and Garlic:
- Peel lemon and cut peel into small cubes.
- Juice half the peeled lemon.
- Slice garlic cloves thinly.
- Make the Sauce:
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and lemon peel. Cook until golden brown.
- Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add reserved pasta water to desired consistency.
- Combine and Serve:
- Add cooked spaghetti and whole garlic cloves to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
