Eggs 2
Saltine crackers, crushed 22 (about 1 cup)
Onion, minced 1/3 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Honey Buffalo Sauce:

Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce 1/4 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
Apricot preserves 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch 1 1/2 tablespoons
Butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into desired size meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes until browned.
  3. Whisk together honey buffalo sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Drizzle with some sauce. Add remaining meatballs and sauce.
