Ingredients for Pasta Mixture

Cooked spaghetti 250g
Thick cream 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 50g
Eggs 2
Black pepper Pinch
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chicken Cutlets

Ingredient Quantity
Chicken cutlets 4
Wheat flour For coating
Eggs, beaten For coating
Breadcrumbs For coating
Vegetable oil For frying

Ingredients for Assembly and Topping

Mozzarella cheese, sliced 4 slices
Tomato sauce 200g
Grated mozzarella cheese 150g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Pasta Mixture: Combine cooked spaghetti, cream, Parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Coat chicken cutlets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Assemble: Layer half the pasta mixture in a baking dish. Top with 2 slices of mozzarella, chicken, and 2 more slices of mozzarella. Cover with remaining pasta mixture.
  4. Bake: Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Finish: Spread tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve: Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
