 2-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beer Bread:

Self-rising flour 3 cups
Beer (any kind) 1 can (12 oz)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour and beer until just combined. Don’t worry about a few lumps – they’ll add to the rustic texture of the bread.

  2. Grease the inside of your slow cooker or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

  3. Gently transfer the sticky dough mixture into the slow cooker.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 1 ½ to 2 hours. The bread is done when the top is firm and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  5. Carefully remove the cooked loaf from the slow cooker and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Resist the urge to dig in right away – sliced bread cools cleaner!
