Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients
- Peel and slice the onion.
- Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms.
Prepare the Meat
- Pound the beef steaks to tenderize them slightly.
- Season the steaks with seasoning salt and pepper.
Coat with Flour
