How To Make Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole:
Step 1: Preheat and Cook Beef: Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir 2 pounds ground beef with 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Step 2: Assemble Base: Spread the cooked beef onto the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole pan. Stir in the 1 pound of bacon pieces.
