Ingredients:

| Ground sausage | 1/2 pound | 
| Shredded Pepper Jack cheese | 1 cup | 
| Wonton wrappers | 24 | 
| Chopped green onions | 1/4 cup | 
| Finely chopped red bell pepper | 1/4 cup | 
| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon | 
| Onion powder | 1 teaspoon | 
| Salt and pepper | To taste | 
| Beaten egg | 1 | 
| Cooking spray | As needed | 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
- Combine the cooked sausage, Pepper Jack cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into the center.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg. Bring the corners together and seal tightly, forming a pouch.
- Place the wrapped wontons on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the wontons cool slightly before serving.
